Customer Service Advisor

You'll be working with an experienced team of Customer Service Representatives dealing with some of the UK's biggest Banking & Retail brands.

They're looking for a candidate who:

- Has good communication skills both spoken and written

- Has 1+ years experience in customer service (ideally in Business to Business setting)

- Has strong organisational skills with strong task prioritisation

- Is comfortable with handling customer queries

- Is driven and committed to building a career
