Sales/Customer Service Advisor.

Our client are looking for Sales/Customer Service Advisors that can Contact consumer customers by phone already expecting a call from us or customers who have partly filled in our online forms and are interested in a tax rebate for:

Milage and expenses

Marriage tax allowances

CIS tax relief

Targets are set for customers per month over to the section in our crm which is then taken over by our accounts team for processing.

Clients receive tax rebates on a no win no fee basis within 8 weeks.

We are looking for friendly and professional money hungry individuals interested in making lots in commission and potential career progression.

This is a new and rapidly growing company which is powered by a very successful fintech company.

Candidates need to be proficient on computers and be able to use CRM's and confidently obtain information from clients and upsell when necessary.

They need to able to work under pressure and hit targets.

Ideally experience in claims sales, claims handling, telesales experience from the likes of AO upselling etc is ideal.

£26K plus up to £1500 per month commissions.

Monday to Friday 10am-6pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays.
