Our client, a leading organisation in the technology industry, is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Agent to support their dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

As a Temporary Customer Service Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Outstanding Service: Respond to customer service requests that come through various channels, including phone calls, emails and our self-service portal. Your goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times!
  • Facilitating Escalations: Work closely with internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers to ensure that service level agreements are met monthly. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key here!
  • Managing Incidents and Requests: Provide end-to-end incident and service request management, keeping customers updated on the progress of their inquiries. Transparency and proactive communication are essential!
    • Prioritising Support Calls: Use your organisational skills to prioritise calls according to incident and service request management processes, ensuring that customers receive timely IT support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience:You must have prior experience in a customer service role, where you've demonstrated your ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Interest in IT or Software:A genuine interest in technology will help you thrive in this position. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or have experience in IT support, your passion will shine through in your interactions!
