Data Analyst Team Leader

Are you ready to lead a talented team of data analysts and shape the future of data operations? My client is a Manchester based software house who are going through a lot of expansion, and they've created a new role for a Data Analyst Team Lead/ Data Operations Team Lead. This new position will see you in a Senior Data Analysis role looking after a team of 3 people whilst remaining hands on to drive impactful analysis, develop cutting-edge dashboards, and enhance data processes.
Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
- Deliver insights through the analysis of large, complex datasets.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards with AWS QuickSight (or similar).
- Create monitoring scripts and alerts using Python and Pandas.
- Collaborate across teams to address data challenges and deliver solutions.
About You:
- Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, the role will involve online meetings with customers / clients.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation.
- Skilled in handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with AWS QuickSight or equivalent visualization tools.
- Understanding of AWS cloud technologies.

We are looking for a personable individual from a Data Analysis or Data Engineering background, and ideally previous experience in a team lead role or a client facing position and looking to move into a team lead role.
