Data Workstream Manager

Our client are looking for a Data Workstream Manager on a contract basis that will champion the data strategy for the programme, ensuring data accessibility and quality. They will support a large-scale IT transformation programme, overseeing data migration, and driving enhancements to data management procedures.

This role is very high profile that requires a strong technical background and experience in managing data for large IT implementations. You will be engaging with IT management, project managers, IT peers, business sponsors and 3rd party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of this project.

As part of this contract role, you will:

  • Develop and Manage Data Strategy
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
  • Compliance with PMO Processes:

Experience:

  • Proven experience with Data management and data migration.
  • Successful delivery in IT system implementations and managing global transitions.

Skills:

  • Strong project management, technical, and communication skills.
  • Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Data governance frameworks and data quality strategies.

The client is based in Manchester and you will be working on a hybrid basis with travel to the office.

Ideally looking for candidates that are available to start in January as this is a key role as part of the wider programme of work.
