We are excited to be recruiting for a key position within a landmark, newly developed trophy asset in the heart of Manchester.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the city's most prestigious commercial properties, designed with innovation, sustainability, and tenant experience at its core.

As the General Manager, you will be the face of the building, responsible for delivering a premium experience to all occupiers and visitors, while ensuring the asset operates safely, compliantly, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with occupiers and stakeholders.
  • Lead on-site initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and foster a sense of community.
  • Act as the primary contact for all tenant enquiries, feedback, and service improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and emergency procedure reviews.
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing among all building users and service providers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the building.
  • Ensure all systems, plant, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards through effective contractor management.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure all statutory requirements are met or exceeded.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
