My client is a Facilities Company who is looking to recruit an experience Administrator in Manchester. The successful candidate will be a well presented professional individual with experience in a busy fast paced environment.

12hour shifts from 7AM - 7PM, 4 days on - 4 days off (including weekends)

  • Review of Supplier Application for payment
  • Dealing with suppliers queries
  • Raising Service Requests, demonstrating strong attention to detail to ensure that each request is correctly logged on the system and routed accurately and appropriately.
  • Maintaining a professional yet personable approach to all customer calls to achieve the best possible customer experience for our clients.
  • Advising customers of their contract entitlement and progressing Service Requests accordingly, providing updates to customers on any outstanding jobs.
  • Uses own initiative to actively chase and escalate jobs to the relevant department/manager.
  • Running regular reports to enable tracking of job data and workflow management
  • Liaising with the business to resolve disputes
  • Manage day to day escalations relating to Invoice approval
  • Ensure the provider payment process is completed timely and accurately for providers Proficient excel skills and systems knowledge (Maximo, SAP and MS Office) preferred but not essential Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative Ability to organise and prioritise workloa
