My client a leading UK professional membership body based in London and Manchester is currently recruiting for a Head of Brand and Content

The Role of Head of Brand and Content

Brand Strategy:

Own the evolution of brand and sub brand identities, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and differentiate from competitors

Partner with retention, acquisition and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Content Strategy:

Create strategic propositions to deliver the content strategy, considering audience and NRLA products and market

Lead design team and oversee content creation to produce engaging content that is fit for channel use, aligns to our brand's voice and meets business goals

Activity Planning:

Own the activity plan, governance and end to end process across the business

Facilitate campaign prioritisation, propositions, and product / service / partner feature

Collaborate cross-functionally to align content efforts with business objectives and campaigns

Person Specification

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or a similar field.

Leadership experience (e.g., managing teams, departments, or cross-functional initiatives).

Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands, including brand positioning and storytelling.

Experience developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, websites, email marketing, and more).
