- SEO & SEM: Oversee all search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance organic and paid search rankings. Drive traffic to the website, improve visibility, and generate high-quality leads.
- Content Marketing: Develop engaging and informative content for the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with the design and product teams to create compelling visual content that showcases our products effectively.
- Social Media Management: Lead and manage Searchlight Electric’s social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create content calendars, monitor performance, and engage with followers to build a strong, interactive community.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- PPC Campaigns: Oversee the management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimising for maximum return on investment (ROI) across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools. Analyse data to make informed decisions, adjust strategies, and improve performance across all channels.
- Website Management: Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website is optimised for SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Recommend updates and improvements to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the retail, home improvement,Â
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make actionable improvements.
- Experience in managing a budget and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with web design and development, particularly in optimising e-commerce websites, is advantageous.
