Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities while ensuring excellent service and support for existing clients. Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the company’s ongoing success by aligning sales strategies with business objectives and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in the CBD market.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows to promote products and expand the customer base.

Account Management:
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Understand the needs and goals of existing customers to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Provide ongoing support and consultancy to help clients maximize the benefits of the company’s products.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:
  • Work closely with the senior management team to set sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

  • Track sales performance, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer service.

Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional strategies.

  • Assist with training and mentoring junior sales team members when necessary.

  • Manage a team of two sales professionals.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and account management.

  • Previous experience within the health, wellness, or CBD sector is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Strong network-building skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking.

  • Full UK driving license (due to car allowance).
