Do you have a strong track record of working within the logistics industry? Are you committed to working with management systems to ensure routing is completed efficiently and cost effectively. Were looking for a dedicated individual to join our existing team and aid in the growth of this contract.

Working hours:

2 shifts available: from 06:30 to 15:00 or, from 14:00 to 22:30.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the day-to-day operations run seamlessly by completing efficient routing using a Transport Management system and communicating promptly with the workforce and our client using multiple messaging platforms.

Review and evaluate volume forecasts and prepare capacity accordingly.

Continuous focus on recruitment.

Identify and proactively address challenges, seeking opportunities to improve processes and create strategic plans to achieve mutual benefits.

Track and monitor key performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and ensure contracts meet financial and operational targets.

Use client feedback to drive innovation and enhance service offerings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Assist with the on boarding of clients using various databases. Approving/ modifying required information to assist with operations.


Required skills and experience:

Proven experience in logistics.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Outstanding communication skills with experience in building long-lasting partnerships

Capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.

Experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to ensure contract success.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.

Full UK driving licence and willingness for travel as part of this role.
