THE ROLE
* Providing design and technical support to customers for their HVAC projects, focusing on Air Conditioning and cooling enquiries.
* Using product selection software to build a design solution and full quotation.
* Supporting external sales engineers with advice and technical back up.
* Liaising with customers via phone & email to provide a top class service.
THE PERSON
Essential:
Working knowledge of Air Conditioning and/or HVAC systems in a technical role.
This could be as presales engineer, estimator or design engineer in mechanical building services or from a background as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
Excellent customer service skills
Desirable:
Previous or current exposure to VRF design and estimation.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to c38k, bonus and excellent benefits package.
THE LOCATION
Based out of the office, just to the west of Manchester centre.
Once trained, 2 days a week home working is offered.
