A diverse and inclusive primary school in the Manchester area are currently recruiting for multiple EYFS Teaching assistant roles. This excellent school is warm and welcoming and committed to the education, welfare, and pastoral care of its pupils. About the role:
* 240 pupils, ages 2-11
* Offering support to children in a classroom environment and has facilities to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in their own rooms outside the main classroom
* Support the class teacher with preparation of work for the class and managing the class environment
* Supporting within their EYFS department and their pre school department
* Pupils age 2 years - 5 years

* Passionate about making a difference
* Ability to use various techniques to support children in managing their behaviour
* Be patient, supportive and have an understanding approach
* Ability to make learning fun for the children
* Minimum NVQ level 3 with childcare or equivalent
