Are you passionate about working with young children? We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school, supporting a mixed Nursery and Reception class.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience delivering phonics sessions to young learners
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Early Years National Curriculum
  • Be confident in supporting children's learning across all areas of development, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Have a nurturing and patient approach to working with young children
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Be proactive in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
