What You'll Do: Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning for children in the EYFS. Support the class teacher in creating a positive, stimulating environment where children can thrive. Help children develop their social, emotional, and academic skills through tailored support. Provide 1:1 or small group support to ensure each child's needs are met. What Were Looking For: Experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS or early years setting. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children. A team player who is flexible and adaptable in meeting the needs of each child. A genuine passion for early childhood education and making a positive impact on young learners. Eligibility Requirements: Right to Work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply). Two professional references related to childcare or education.
