We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Reception Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our youngest learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for reception students.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote holistic development.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children who may require additional assistance.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive educational community.
  • Contribute to the assessment and observation of children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the EYFS team to plan and implement a curriculum that aligns with EYFS principles and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in Reception.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the development of young children and creating positive learning experiences.
