Part-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Swinton
Salary: 90-100 per day (dependant on experience)

We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate teaching assistants for day to day and long term roles based in Swinton.
The ideal candidate will excel in creating relationships with students on a 1 to 1 and group basis in order to foster a positive learning environment. The role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, is supportive, and is eager make a positive impact on young minds.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Preparing and organising learning materials and resources
- Supervising students during breaks and extracurricular activities
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Encouraging and promoting positive behaviour among students
Qualifications and Skills:
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) are an advantage
