Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in your subject specialism to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
- Support the school's vision and ethos, working collaboratively with department colleagues
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop your subject expertise and teaching practice with support from experienced mentors
Essential Criteria:
- Completing or completed secondary teacher training with QTS status by September 2025
- Relevant subject degree or qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Understanding of secondary curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners
