We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) secondary school in Tameside. This role is offered through our agency on behalf of the school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEND, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support students' social and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.

Key Requirements:
