Reeson are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in a Year 2 class in Swinton, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities for the teaching assistant:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups with their learning.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
• Prepare classroom resources and materials as needed.
• Foster a love of learning and encourage student participation.

Qualifications and Skills required for the teaching assistant:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (desirable).
• A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
