Your new schoolThis large 2 form entry primary school located in Didsbury are looking to appoint an additional Teaching Assistant to work in Year 3 providing behaviour management strategies for a small group of pupils. This Teaching Assistant job will run until April and then be extended if a high level of intervention is still needed. The successful candidate will be dynamic with the confidence to lead initiatives to manage behaviour. In return you will benefit from joining a strong team with access to CPD training. The Head Teacher and Key Stage Leader have created this new role within the staffingstructurefor a specialist Teaching Assistant to come and lead behaviour management programmes for a small group of pupils across two Year 3 classes.
