Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £85 - £95 per day (depending on hours and break time)

Reeson Education is collaborating with a vibrant primary school in Tyldesley, Manchester (M29), to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a diverse Year 2 class.
Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to a dynamic Year 2 class, assisting with daily lessons and activities.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to implement engaging and effective learning strategies.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience Required for the Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential.
- Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a diverse classroom environment.
