Our client, a global manufacturer who is renowned for its well-known household brands, is currently on the look-out for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team.

Job details:
- Ensure that preventative and reactive maintenance duties are carried out across the site.
- Be the first point of contact when breakdowns occur. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Work on ways to implement improvements to prevent waste.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to co-ordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Complete all electrical works in line with current legislation and regulations.
- Liaise with the Engineering Team Manager for workload planning and technical support.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Engineering skills obtained by a time served apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3)
- Strong Electrical maintenance background (essential)
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- PLC Fault finding experience (desirable)
What’s on offer:
- Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights) 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am
- Salary - starting from £49,113
- Overtime available at time and a half
- Holiday allowance - 24 days + an additional 3 days for good attendance
