Role Overview:
As a Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart meters. You will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure smart meters in residential properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on smart metering systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart meter functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and services provided.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in smart meter installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
