Description
- Provide guidance to managers on a variety of HR matters, including policy interpretation and application
- Lead investigations into employee relations issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to employee relations
- Manage HR projects as required
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Profile
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
- CIPD level 5
- Monday - Wednesday
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
