- Role: Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant
- Contract: 3 months
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Location: Manchester
- On-site Requirement: 5 days per week
- Travel: Occasional travel to Hereford (every 2-3 weeks) and potentially other areas.
- Support People Managers: Provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) issues, such as sickness absence management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and more.
- Coaching & Guidance: Empower People Managers with knowledge of employment policies and best practices.
- Case Management: Manage ER cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in handling ER cases and advising on complex HR issues.
- Knowledgeable: In-depth understanding of employment law, including the Equality Act and Working Time regulations.
- Decision-Maker: Customer-focused with a keen ability to manage risks and make informed decisions.
