Are you an Employee Relations Expert that flourishes in a busy team, within a fast paced environment and working for a company that is growing!!! I have worked with this organization for a number of years.Reporting into the ER Manager, you will play a key role in a team of experienced ER professionals who are passionate about delivery of a high-quality ER service. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office in Manchester).

  • Advising Managers in relation to policy, HR best practice and legislation
  • Managing a portfolio of around 30 cases at any one time which includes the full spectrum of ER related matters, inclusive of complex employment law challenges.
  • Partnering with Managers through coaching and mentoring and assessing risk.
  • Responding to employee queries and concerns
  • Supporting the senior management team
  • Contributing towards and delivering managerial ER workshops

You will need the following experience:-

  • Currently operating as an ER Advisor or possess experience in the full spectrum of ER related matters
  • Credible ER knowledge covering all elements
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 or 5
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Understanding of employment law legislation and its application in a commercial environment
