Screening Executive

Shift - 7am-3:30pm & 7:30am - 4pm (37.5 hours per week) shifts will alternative
Join one of the UK's largest pre-employment screening businesses in our Manchester office. Reed Screening are responsible for building successful relationships with the Reed network, Candidates and our External Clients. This is so that they can understand their screening requirements and then, following strict processes, ensure that the pre-screening is completed to the required standard within service level agreements. We're looking for a Screening Executive who is confident working on the phone, enjoys resolving issues and has strong customer service skills.

This role will require someone working with both our clients and candidates to ensure that all relevant pre-screening checks are completed. Therefore, strong customer service skills are required, along with a candidate who is confident and enjoys working on the phone. We require someone who enjoys working on the phone and solving issues.
So what does this role involve?
The purpose of this role is to successfully pre-screen and dealing with customer queries on the phone and via email. We work with some high profile clients and candidates and therefore service excellence is paramount. Day to day the role includes (but is not limited to):
- Complete and review industry specific checks i.e. credit checks, qualification verifications, identity checks
- Ensure documentation is present and correct to pass all quality checks
- Respond to queries from Hiring Managers and Candidates about the pre-employment vetting process
- Contact Candidates via phone and email to investigation information that is highlighted throughout the pre-employment vetting process
- Dealing with customer complaints/questions/issues on the phone and via email
- Provide solutions to any queries that arise
- Escalate queries where necessary

The assessment process for this role includes a telephone interview and face-to-face interviews.
