Retrofit Coordinator

A leading energy services provider is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering large-scale energy efficiency schemes while ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and various funding streams such as SHDF, LAD, and ECO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee retrofit assessment, coordination, and compliance processes, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end PAS2035 retrofit process, from assessment and design to installation, handover, and monitoring.
Manage retrofit survey activities across the northern region, ensuring quality and compliance.
Work closely with sustainability teams to enhance the company's position as a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions.
Conduct accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and SAP, offering expert guidance on meeting scheme requirements.
Manage the TrustMark lodgement process to support funding drawdowns in alignment with contract delivery timelines.
Ensure the surveying process and customer journey uphold the highest standards for both clients (housing associations, local authorities) and end-users (homeowners, tenants).
Act as the technical lead for retrofit coordination and energy modelling, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with operational teams to maintain timely and accurate survey data.
Develop partnerships with external survey providers to enhance service delivery.
Work closely with designers and external solution providers to ensure high-quality technical specifications for project implementation.
Implement an audit program to ensure the quality and compliance of internal and external assessors.
Support bid teams by contributing to high-quality tender submissions.
Provide ongoing technical leadership within the business and deliver regular training and briefings.

What We're Looking For
Certified Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
Domestic Energy Assessor qualification (OCDEA preferred).
Experience managing survey processes for housing refurbishment projects.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on targeted project objectives.
Strong understanding of PAS2035 compliance and TrustMark accreditation.
Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing.
Solid construction knowledge across different building types and techniques.
Strong numeracy skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency).
Experience managing teams, projects, and client relationships.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or retrofit industry.
Familiarity with SHDF, ECO, and LAD funding mechanisms.
Demonstrated experience in energy efficiency retrofit projects
