Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and sales team, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to CCTV and video surveillance products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Perform site surveys to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for security solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support projects and assist in creating tailored security solutions for clients.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support or pre-sales role within the security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV and video surveillance technology and products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant technical certifications and training are a plus.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
