About the Role
As the Technical Liaison Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing vital engineering support for structural repairs. This includes designing, analysing, and certifying repair solutions. You'll also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant regulations and effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis to substantiate aircraft repairs
- Develop repair schemes, including drawings and supporting calculations
- Utilise OEM technical data to ensure compliance
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and timelines
- Determine alternate materials and processes to optimise design requirements
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Technical Liaison Engineer role will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, as well as previous experience in the aviation industry. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are a must, as is the ability to effectively liaise with customers and manage their expectations.
