Page Personnel are recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator on behalf of a fast growing professional services business based in Trafford Park.

The purpose of this role is to support the Payroll Manager with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for permanent and temporary workers.

Client Details

Our client is a family owned, fast growing business with more than 900 branches across the globe.

The UK business has grown over the past 10 years from 3 branches to more than 20 and plans are in place to support continued growth. In 2021 the business moved to a new state of the art head office in Trafford Park, the site is equipped with a functioning canteen and free on site gym.

Description

Payroll Coordinator duties include:

  • Support the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.
  • Managing timesheet returns.
  • Checking of hours, holidays, statutory payments etc.
  • Proving support for payroll queries.
  • End to end payroll processing.
  • Manual calculations - SSP, SMP etc.
  • Processing starters & leaves.
  • Managing monthly payroll for internal staff.
  • Pension management.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record within a payroll position
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines
  • Have a high degree of attention to detail
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Zeel would be beneficial - not essential
