Responsibilities of a Senior Ecologist:
- Conducting ecological surveys, including Phase 1 habitat, protected species, and bat surveys.
- Producing reports including ecological appraisals, impact assessments and biodiversity management plans.
- Liaising with clients, statutory consultees, and attending site meetings.
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of ecological legislation, ECoW experience and GIS knowledge.
- Degree in Ecology or related field.
- Proven report writing experience.
