Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
A leading multidisciplinary team of architects, designers and engineers, with more than 60 years in the industry, are seeking a senior sustainability consultant to join their expanding team.
The Senior Sustainability Consultant selected will be:
- Collaborating with teams and developing sustainability & net zero carbon strategies (including operational and embodied).
- Carrying out BREEAM, LEED, SKA and WEL assessments.
- Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning.
- Contributing to building optimization.
- Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
- Carrying out in-use and post-occupancy evaluations.
To be considered for the Senior Sustainability Consultant role you must:
- Have experience within a sustainability consultancy.
- Have a relevant degree in a built environment/sustainability related subject.
- Have experience working on BREEAM certifications.
- Have experience carrying out LEED, Ska and/or WELL assessments.
- Have familiarity with OneClick LCA software.
- Have a good knowledge of UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
- Live commutable to the Manchester area.
