Sustainability Consultant (Manchester)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team on a range of projects from design to completion. Working across workplace, healthcare, sci-tech, historic and educational sectors, you'll be carrying out assessments in BREEAM, WELL, Ska and LEED to develop energy efficiency and building performance.

The Sustainability Consultant selected will be:

• Working with team members to deliver environmental certifications.
• Developing environmental certification targets for reviewed projects and encouraging sustainable outcomes.
• Supporting planning applications.
• Completing validation statements.
• Carrying out Life Cycle Assessments.

The Sustainability Consultant role offers:

Requirements for this Sustainability Consultant include:

• BREEAM Assessor qualification and/or BREEAM AP status.
• Have a relevant degree in a built environment/sustainability related subject.
• Have experience carrying out LEED, Ska and/or WELL Building Standard assessments.
• Have familiarity with OneClick LCA software.
• Have a good knowledge of UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
• Live commutable to the Manchester area.
