Sustainability Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a sustainability consultant to join a multidisciplinary team on a range of projects across the North East in the leisure, education, housing, retail, technology and transport sectors. You'll be carrying out assessments, providing advice, communicating with clients and teams and developing your knowledge to progress your career.
The Sustainability Consultant selected will be:
- Working with team members to deliver environmental certifications.
- Developing environmental certification targets for reviewed projects and encouraging sustainable outcomes.
- Supporting planning applications.
- Completing validation statements.
- Carrying out Life Cycle Assessments.
- Working on BREEAM, SKa & WELL assessments.
Requirements for this Sustainability Consultant include:
- BREEAM Assessor qualification and/or BREEAM AP status.
- Have a relevant degree in a built environment/sustainability related subject.
- Have experience carrying out LEED, Ska and/or WELL Building Standard assessments.
- Have familiarity with OneClick LCA software.
- Have a good knowledge of UK environmental and sustainability legislation.
- Live commutable to the Manchester area.
This Sustainability Consultant position offers:
