- Ensuring booking software is up to date
- Offer guidance and advise to clients on audio/video solutions and further services
- Contributing to the conceptual development of creative event designs
- Travel to meet clients
- Experience in an events agency
- Strong experience in live events
- Technical understanding of production is desirable but not essential
- Experience managing larger-scale events, including large corporate events/conferences
- Ability to manage own projects and time
- Experience communicating at the client level, and managing client briefs
