Position: Account Manager (Events)Location: Manchester (Hybrid)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE  A leading live events and production company are looking to add to their team with an Account Manager. They cover a variety events, with big budgets, including corporate, sporting, private and public, and they are seeking someone who has significant experience in larger-scale events/ productions. They are continually growing, and need an enthusiastic, organised, and confident individual to help develop their client relationships.  Responsibilities Include:
  • Nurture and develop client relationships
  • Direct client communication as their key contact
  • Client brief management, and translation to the wider team
  • Assisting Account Executives
  • On site support for productions when required
  • Offering logistical support to the projects team during peak times.
  • Ensuring booking software is up to date
  • Offer guidance and advise to clients on audio/video solutions and further services
  • Contributing to the conceptual development of creative event designs
  • Travel to meet clients
  Experience Needed:
  • Experience in an events agency
  • Strong experience in live events
  • Technical understanding of production is desirable but not essential
  • Experience managing larger-scale events, including large corporate events/conferences
  • Ability to manage own projects and time
  • Experience communicating at the client level, and managing client briefs
