Assistant Manager
NICHI is an exciting new sushi and robata concept launching this November. We will be bringing a touch of luxury to Greater Manchester with high-ticket items such as otoro and wagyu available alongside more affordable options such as robata skewers. We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to support the team with catapulting Nichi to success. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to progress as Nichi expands.

- To lead the team by example with a friendly, charismatic and professional approach
- To ensure guest satisfaction and build rapport to establish repeat business
- To train and develop the FOH team
- To work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service

What are we looking for with an Assistant Manager?
- Experience as a senior waiter or assistant manager in a similar environment
- Available to start from mid-November
- Familiar with Japanese cuisine & ingredients (beneficial)
