- Effective administration and management of all department files including Matter Opening, ID checks, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving and data updates.
- Diary management:Â Create and maintain calendars for team events/meetings and travel.Â
- File management:Â Open, close, scan and archive files, and update data.Â
- Compliance:Â Ensure files comply with regulatory standards and office procedures.Â
- Management of bill process and interaction with Finance.
- Drafting of documents for clients upon instruction from Fee Earners and under supervision.
- Maintenance and updating of case management system as necessary.
- Telephone management: Handle calls for the team, and ensure messages are passed on accurately and in a timely manner. Â
