Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Manchester City Centre

Monday to Friday, full time (permanent)

Hybrid working: 3 day office / 2 days remote working

The role

This role provides comprehensive Executive Assistant to their Corporate and Commercial team in Manchester.  To succeed in the role, you will work closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers and utilise the internal resources available to you including the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants and Business Services.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with clients and internal staff on behalf of executives
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a bubbly personality
