A high profile organisation based in Manchester City Centre are seeking a confident, experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to assist their Chief Executive with full Executive Support on a full time, permanent basis working fully office based. This is a really unique opportunity for someone with a strong EA background within fast paced and rapidly changing environments keen to support at a senior level and be a part of a really exciting growth period with the organisation. Successful candidates must have Executive Assistant experience supporting at C-Suite level within the corporate sectors such as Retail, Leisure, Hospitality or wider professional services. This role is not your usual 9-5 role and candidates must be flexible to suit the business needs with out of hours and weekend work expected to be common within this role.

Day to day duties:

  • Complex and fast-moving diary management.
  • A high volume of global travel arrangements.
  • Meeting and greeting VIP guests and acting as the brand ambassador for the business.
  • Pre-empting solutions for the directors and suggesting new processes.
  • Full Inbox management and prioritisation.
  • Involvement in business strategy and projects.
  • Assistance with corporate and social events.
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations and reports for meetings.

Required Experience:

  • You must have experience of providing EA support to a CEO, with experience supporting across multiple time zones
  • Confident decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience in face of challenges.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Unflappable demeanour in face of last-minute changes

The EA will be expected to be on-call when necessary and will show a dedication to their work. The role is based in the office 5 days a week with parking on site with excellent benefits package.
