Executive Assistant - £35,000 - £45,000 (full time equivalent)

Our client, a leading global retail company based in Greater Manchester, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Company Secretary for a 3-month period, with the potential for extension.

This office-based role requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

THE JOB

As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Company Secretary by managing priorities, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Organising schedules, travel, hospitality, and expense tracking.
  • Handling confidential information and maintaining records.
  • Preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Assisting in research, document drafting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide backup EA support for the SLT

THE PERSON

  • Effective communication, research, and organisational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Team player with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in administrative functions and senior-level coordination.
