Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Manchester who are looking to recruit and Personal Assistant to their busy team. The role is an 8-month maternity cover.

Duties:

Provide an efficient and effective Executive support service to three Directors
Manage the Director’s complex diaries, including arranging meetings and events, travel, and room bookings
Take accurate formal minutes, drafting agendas and noting follow up actions
Act as first point of contact, handling calls and queries
Office management

Experience:

Provided secretarial / administrative support to a Director
Experience of administering board level committees including minute taking
Exceptional organisational and administration skills
Knowledge of the full range of administrative processes
