A fantastic opportunity has arisen as a Personal Assistant for a globally reknown brand.

Based in stunning offices in the centre of Manchester, you will be a Personal Assistant to 3 Directors. You will need 2-3 years as a Personal Assistant to be relevant for this role.

Personal Assistant duties:

  • Maintain and co-ordinate diaries of Director(s) as required as well as providing an effective time management approach
  • Arrange and co-ordinate internal/external meetings and events.
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments/equipment as necessary
  • Organise business travel, visas, accommodation, preparation of itineraries etc
  • Liaison with clients for meetings, providing presentations and reports where needed
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients by receiving, screening and rooting all incoming calls
  • Confidence to liaise with high level Directors, both internally and externally
  • Acting as gatekeeper
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Monitor e-mails/meeting invitations of Director(s) and reply on their behalf when needed
