Further details will be given upon application.---The RoleAs an experienced Company Secretary with a working knowledge of UK Company Law and application in a private limited company, you would support all Boards, and Board Committees, including the LLP subsidiaries and Executive Directors. The role will combine a blend of administrative, legal, and corporate governance responsibilities, with key duties to include…- Assisting with Board meetings, preparing and drafting annual meeting plans, agendas, reports and papers for distribution prior to meetings, liaising with NEDs, Executive Directors and executive management and external parties- Providing company secretarial support to Group Committees and subsidiary boards (including SRA and FCA regulated entities) including organising, preparing agendas and papers for and taking minutes - Supporting Chairs as required and as needed on regulatory and governance developments and best practice- Overseeing creation of schedules and actions of Board and Committee meetings and maintaining rolling agendas- Ensuring that statutory records, board and committee minutes are maintained and liaising with external company secretarial administrators and registrars in relation filings and group company minutes---The CandidateYou will possess a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to support the firm's legal, regulatory, and governance functions.
