  • Accurately processing payroll for employees
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and reporting requirements
  • Collaborating with HR and Accounting departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee information
  • Updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title or department/division transfers
  • Re-checking payroll calculations manually
  • Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
