Senior Estimator - Hybrid Position in Manchester or Birmingham
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our mission-critical team on a contract basis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for those who thrive within dynamic project environments and have extensive experience managing critical elements.
This is initially a 6-month hybrid position that requires someone capable of providing accurate estimations under stringent timelines while ensuring all standards meet specific security measures.
Key Details:
- Type: Contract (Hybrid)
- Duration: 6 months - potential to extend
- Compensation: 375 - 400 per day outside IR35
- Location: Manchester (preferable) or Birmingham
Essential Requirements:
- Construction background is essential
- Minimum ten years' experience as an estimator or similar roles.
- Must hold BPSS Security Clearance due to the sensitivity involved with projects.
The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting cost analysis, risk assessment evaluations, and delivering comprehensive reports tailored towards high-stakes decisions-all crucial aspects defining success within our sector-focused ventures.
