Executive Talent Solutions are working with a an exciting Renewable Energy business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Manager.

The business is in the Renewable Energy sector with a technology lead approach. They have enjoyed significant growth over the last 2 years and a poised to expand further.

The successful Accounts Receivable Manager will be based in the office in Manchester Science Park 3 days pw and 2 days WFH. A salary between £40,000 and £45,000 is offered depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsibilities:

    • Day to day supervision and line management responsibilities of the AP Team and AR Team to ensure the teams run efficiently
    • Developing best in class AP and AR functions
    • Develop AR and AP dashboard of KPIs
    • Working closely with the Financial Controller to ensure transactions are performed in line with company policies
    • Establish review processes within the teams and implement changes where appropriate to ensure efficiency
    • Develop long term relationships by seeking opportunities to work with other departments
    • Overseeing testing of system upgrades to the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
    • Supporting the Accountants with reconciliation queries on the ledgers
    • To work with the Financial Controller- Accounting on an ad-hoc basis on specific projects
