Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact during engagements
- Reviewing audit workpapers and reports, providing technical guidance to team members
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, supporting their professional growth
- Identifying and resolving audit issues, liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience managing audits and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
