Key Responsibilities

  • Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact during engagements
  • Reviewing audit workpapers and reports, providing technical guidance to team members
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, supporting their professional growth
  • Identifying and resolving audit issues, liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
  • Proven experience managing audits and leading teams
